White-Label Reviews Hub

A product we are building for local marketing agencies: manage every client's Google reviews from one platform. It is also exactly the kind of custom web app work we take on.

The system pulls Google Business Profile reviews for every client business into one shared inbox, drafts AI replies, and requires the business owner to approve the exact reply through a secure magic link before anything is published. It does not auto-publish, and it does not gate reviews.

  • Multi-tenant, white-label: each agency gets its own workspace with role-based permissions and strict data isolation between clients.
  • One review inbox: reviews sync from every client location, filterable by rating, reply status, and location, with risk flags on the reviews that need attention first.
  • AI reply drafts: replies generated in the client's brand voice and saved as immutable versions, so every change leaves a trace.
  • Owner approval: nothing goes live until the business owner confirms it through a secure link — the agency cannot publish on their behalf.

The product is still being finished and is not released. We are not taking customers until the approval and publishing workflow is fully tested.

You get a milestone timeline together with your quote, based on the actual scope of the work. We commit to a realistic date and hold to it, rather than promising a fast one we cannot keep.

Yes. We work remotely with clients anywhere, and we are comfortable running projects in English or Vietnamese.

You do — your domain, your hosting accounts, your source code and your content. We set everything up in your name and hand over full access at launch.

Your logo and brand assets if you have them, the content you want on the site (or we can help structure it), a decision-maker who can review progress, and your existing domain if you already have one.

We can hand over completely so you are fully self-sufficient, or stay on for ongoing updates and maintenance. It is your call, and there is no lock-in either way.
